We’d been looking for a used SEAT Ateca for a few weeks and hadn’t had much success with other garages. Our experience at Letchworth SEAT was so much better. Well worth the 120mile round trip with a baby. It’s a lovely new showroom, with friendly staff, and refreshments are available. Most importantly, the car was just what we were looking for. There was no pressure and they were happy to answer any questions we had. Picking up the car was also a hassle free experience. Despite the distance, I would definitely go back to this garage next time I’m looking for a car and would recommend to family and friends.

I came in having been disappointed at a more local branch but really wanting to see the Arona FR. Whilst I couldn't see this particular model, the initial person I spoke to recognised that I wanted to see the interior and directed me to a different model with the same interior so I could better understand it. He was proactive in booking a test drive for me for the following day. The gentleman who took me on the test drive was a fantastic salesman - he knew everything I wanted to find out more about, and was really helpful throughout the test drive and negotiating afterwards. I was particularly impressed by his thorough appraisal of my part-exchange car. I also bought the service plan and wouldn't even consider going to my local dealer - I will most definitely be using SEAT Letchworth.
