We would like to welcome Matt and Dan to the team! Matt joins us with a wealth of experience in the industry and takes up the mantle as our Parts advisor. Dan is a fresh face to the motor industry and is looking forward to starting his journey on the Volkswagen Group apprentice training programme.
Huge congratulations are also in order for Stephen, who since joining the business in 2018 has continually developed his knowledge and skill set for all things SEAT & CUPRA, His latest achievement sees him move to a Volkswagen Group accredited Diagnostic Technician. The team development does not stop there and Nick who joined us in 2021 has been fast to gain his Service Technician accreditation.
Guy Saunders, Head of Aftersales said "Our staff are trained to the highest standards of the Volkswagen Group, regularly visiting the National Training Centre in Milton Keynes for updates on new products and to progress their personal training plans. I would like to personally congratulate Stephen and Nick for their efforts which resulted in recent accreditation awards with the brand. We also welcome Matt and Dan as new Aftersales team members".
